Here at Rooted Wellness Psychotherapy & Counselling, I provide services to individuals of all ages (10+) experiencing various mental health concerns ranging from mood disorders and behavioural concerns, personality disorder diagnoses such as BPD and Bipolar Disorder, and those impacted by trauma. I further provide psychotherapy to parents and their child(ren) struggling to navigate relationship dynamics, behavioural challenges, and more.
I provide an individualized, holistic approach to healing by utilizing somatic interventions while introducing Polyvagal theory into practice. With this, I pull elements from evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT, IFS, Mindfulness, Emotion-Focused, Art & Play therapies, along with Brainspotting therapy.
I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and safe space for all clients and their families hoping to work through mental health diagnoses, past traumas, or those just navigating every day life’s challenges.

At Rooted Wellness, I provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families navigating the complexities of addiction, trauma, and complex post-traumatic disorder (C-PTSD). I draw from my broad toolkit of therapeutic modalities which include Brainspotting, DBT, IFS, Solution-Focused, Person-Centred therapy, among others. This allows for me to tailor my specific approach to meet your unique needs.
By focusing on client strengths, I create a compassionate, individualized treatment plan designed to foster healing and empowerment. Whether addressing deep-rooted trauma or everyday challenges, I provide a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, heal, and build residence.
